When a user clicks a link containing your custom URI scheme, Windows Internet Explorer launches the pluggable protocol handler registered for that URI scheme. I am left with the impression that there is a big security gap opening up. How do one properly register an URL protocol handlers since DConf? This is a security measure, because some URL sources incorrectly decode %20 before invoking your custom protocol handler.
